ABOUT
BELIEF #1
You don’t lose yourself — you grow into someone new.
In seasons of change, many women forget to embrace their evolving identity. Growth isn’t loss; it’s an invitation to become.
BELIEF #2
 Identity creates results.
Lasting change doesn’t come from willpower or extremes, but from aligning your thoughts, habits, and daily rhythms with your future self.
BELIEF #3
Many struggles we call “discipline issues” are actually signals from the body.
True change begins when we listen, support ourselves, and address things at a deeper level.
I'MÂ KAREN
Certified Master Life Coach, Health Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Positivity Practitioner.
I’m deeply passionate about what I do because I’ve lived it. I’ve been in the trenches navigating seasons of exhaustion, identity shifts, and personal growth, and I learned how to rise above who I was in those moments to reach my fullest potential and step into my God-given purpose.
Today, I help women do the same. Through identity-based coaching, mindset work, and foundational wellness, I support women in building clarity, confidence, and sustainable rhythms not through pressure or perfection, but through alignment and intention.

MY STORY
Â
My story isn’t one of collapse, it’s one of overcoming obstacles and rising into my fullest potential.
Motherhood shaped me in powerful ways, but years of pregnancy, exhaustion, and trying to meet everyone else’s expectations quietly pulled me away from myself. I struggled with identity, confidence, and seasons of postpartum depression, not because I was weak, but because I didn’t yet know how to care for myself while carrying so much responsibility.
What changed everything was when I embraced the identity of the woman I was becoming. Instead of focusing on what wasn’t working, I began living from my future self building mental strength, restoring my body through foundational wellness, and grounding my life in faith-led rhythms. That shift allowed me to rebuild from the inside out with clarity, peace, and purpose.
That journey is why I’m here today, to help other women rise into their own strength, without shame, extremes, or burnout.
This is Us
My husband and I grew up together — literally. We’ve known each other since we were toddlers, started dating as teenagers, and have now been married for nearly 20 years. We grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where our days were shaped by skiing, hiking, desert trips, beach days, and a lot of fresh air. Wild, free, and outdoorsy — that lifestyle is still part of who we are.
Today, we’re raising six children and embracing a simple country life with cows, chickens, and plenty of dirt under our boots. We homeschool, we laugh a lot, we work hard, and we’re far from perfect — but we’re deeply committed to raising our kids to become grounded, capable, and God-honoring men and women.
Our life is full, sometimes loud, often messy, and deeply meaningful. We believe in faith, family, hard work, and creating a home where our kids feel safe to grow into who they’re meant to be. This is the life we’re building — one rooted in connection, purpose, and a little bit of wild freedom.
